ELECTROFOCUS is the annual technical fest of the Electronics Engineer Association, MIT and provides a common platform for students to exhibit their technical caliber. It witnesses massive participation every time with students pouring across from all over nation to take part in what one could call the celebration of electronics.
This technical extravaganza has been meticulously planned, well in advance and on a large scale, with events spread across technical and non technical domains. ELECTROFOCUS caters to the varied interests of students, having diverse events to fulfill the wishes of the technically inclined and also the non technical which will add to the pizzazz of the hour.

- 3D Animation workshop by Mr.Eddie Horn of Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland

- Robotics - Position your sensors and tune it to perfect sensing of line and be sure that your robot follows three laws of robotics set by Isaac Asimov.
- Ideas Parére - Invoked by new thoughts and ideas?.. Students with new technological innovation and improvement can present them. LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS IS 10th March 2010.
- Connect - Do you have what it takes to solve the industry defined networking problem and withstand our onstage heat???
- Techno Wizardz - Crack up the best questions that come your way to punctuate your versatility towards electronics and communication.
- Virtuva - Infer a problem with the simulation tools like Matlab, Xilinx and microprocessor emulator & Come up with an algorithm and employ your intuitive knowledge to provide a visual interpretation of the solution.
- How Stuff Works - Junkyard science ..hifi gadgets… decipher the funda behind fun..voila..thats how Stuff works!!
- Short Circuit!! - This event is set out for all those nerds and geeks of electronics.

- Panacea - Crack your heads to solve the industry defined problems in the given time.
- E-Summit - Present your innovative projects that forms the gadgets of the future.
- Math Modelling - Discover a new dimension of mathematics.
- Wi-Phy Warriors - Are you a communication geek? Then, check this out.
- Matlab - Matlab coding contest where you compete with the best brains.
- Whizdom - From the tiniest of atoms to the gigantic galaxies does all the trivia in the universe allure you? Get quizzed up!!
- Online Profile Competition - Present your professional self to the world. You could use Blogs, or Video or even Document uploads to express thoughts or idea you have or you are in agreement with.
